Hollywood officials today confirmed a $3 million upgrade to the iconic Wynn Hotel across Frome.

The Wynn is slated for an $895 million upgrade to its luxury hotel-motel complex, to be complete by 2019.

The upgrade will bring a 50-metre high glass wall that will allow for access to Wynn’s underground garden – making it easier for visitors to enjoy the site.

The first phase of the project, known as the Wynn Centre Gateway, begins in 2018.

Mr Kewell said $500 million of the initial $1.7 billion upgrade would be funded through a $250 바카라million levy by the state government, which will fund about 20 per cent of the total cost.

“A full renovation of the iconic Wynn hotel would add about $250 million to the budget in the years ahead, but we want to keep costs in perspective, and ensure any work is part of an integrjarvees.comated tran바카라sformation of the complex,” Mr Kewell said.

It is estimated to result in significant investment of $50 million at a $500 million start-up cost.

The Wynn hotel currently features the biggest dining menu in the Australian capital.

The opening was recently celebrated by Mayor Matt McGowan and Minister for Tourism Simon Corbell.

Mr McGowan said the Wynn is a landmark for the city and an integral part of local community.

“The new Wynn Hotel will be a major economic, cultural and social success story for Australia, and is set to transform our city,” he said.

“For Wynn IMAX, it’s an opportunity to showcase the extraordinary experiences our world-class cinemas are bringing to Australians.”

Mr Corbell said the development would be the second major tourism boom for the Adelaide region, following the introduction of Wynn Hills.

“To achieve our vision of one-stop shopping and entertainment services across five shopping precincts, the Wynn has opened a new chapter of the entertainment and hospitality development industry in Adelaide,” he said.
